DBP is offering loans for Hydro Projects. Hydro Projects which offer clean and renewable energy can also hope to earn from selling carbon credits courtesy of the United Nations Kyoto Protocol.
Along with the loan package is some technical assistance to be offered by SEEDLinks, which signed an MOA with DBP to provide support.
