125px-flag_of_norwaysvg.pngPrime Minister Jens Stoltenberg of Norway announced that they are buying carbon credits to cover the air travel of government officials abroad. This is in compliance with the Kyoto Protocol which sets a cap on Carbon Emissions per country. The carbon credits to be purchased for a years worth of travel is estimated at $400,000.
