In a joint venture with General Motors, Suzuki President Hiroshi Tsuda announced plans for the company to develop hybrid cars for the Japanese, US and European Markets.
Great news from a very good company that specializes in small and fuel efficient cars. I should know, we used to own a Suzuki Beaver and I have to say that it was a very good jeep. It had 4×4 and a 1.3 L gasoline engine. That jeep got involved in a head-on collision when it rammed into a passenger jeepney. Even for it’s diminutive size, it saved the life of its two passengers.
