The Department of Energy in the Philippines recently released the draft of the standard to be used to test B100 Biodiesel for public use (click on image). The draft was prepared by the Department’s Technical Committee along with some members of the lubricants and petroleum industry. Deadline for comments is on May 17, 2007.
