The Philippine Weather Department is warning the public to expect 40′C days this coming summer season (March to May).
Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) head, Nathaniel Cruz, said to expect 37′C days in the Nation’s Capital of Metro Manila, while up north the days can go up to 40′C.
