The Academy Award Winning Documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, will be shown on April 22, 2008 on HBO in the Philippines (it starts at 8PM, but that is depending on what part of Asia you are in). This ties in with the celebration of Earth Day for 2008.
Is it just me?, or has this movie been the banner for the cause to avert Climate Change? I guess it earns the distinction, since it is the first Documentary to actually get much public attention to the problem of climate change. Of course what helped this further was the effects of climate change being more easily felt in the general populace (increased storms, droughts, increased temperature etc.)
I only watched this movie once, so it would be a good chance to be able to watch it again. I wonder if SM Cinema is planning to show the movie free like they did last year?
