MAN Ferrostaal Industrieanlagen GmbH of Germany has announced a tie up with Philippine Energy company, Basic Energy Corp.
According to the agreement:
MAN will explore the possibility of investing directly in some of Basic’s energy development efforts. It will also act as contractor for its bioethanol projects.
Basic Energy also recently found a new partner in Nexum Energy after Metro Pacific ended their MOA to go into a joint venture to develop biofuel refineries after a due diligence study.
