GE Edison Plus Long Lasting Light Bulb

About a year ago I posted that I was switching my household to GE CFL’s because of their penchant to last long. Recently while passing through ACE Hardware I noticed that there is a new product, one that I hadn’t seen before, this was the GE Edison Plus Long Lasting light bulb that is touted to last for 8 years. By Limited Edition, I’m wondering if this means that this isn’t for mass production?, but only a limited special product.

Google's Belgium data centers operates with natural coolingI’ve always admired Google for being serious in reducing their energy consumption, specifically in their data centers. Which we could say is the life blood of their business because it houses the data and algorithms of their search and money making online applications.

One special data center to take note of is the one located in Belgium. That’s because it operates on natural cooling alone due to the natural cool climate of Belgium.
