The 2007 CSR Expo will be held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel on July 16~18 in Pasay City. This was announced during a “Walk the Talk” activity with some of the CEO’s of top corporations in the Philippines. They wanted to convey the message to the public that top corporations in the Philippines were trying to do their part to address the climate crisis and other environment issues.

100px-ph_seal_ncr_quezoncity.pngIn celebration of Earth Day in the Philippines, April 20th 2007 will host an Earth Day Jam Concert at Quezon City’s Tomas Morato Avenue.

Top bands in the Philippines will perform in two different stages, FIRE-AIR STAGE (Scout Fernandez St.) and EARTH-WATER STAGE (Scout Lascano St.), in celebration of the World Wide movement to protect Mother Earth. Admissions is free and the concert is officially set to start at 7:30PM.

Candidates of the Miss Philippines Earth 2007 Beauty Pageant went out to the Business District of Makati City to promote the event as well as the central theme of the beauty pageant: Environmental Awareness

#4-Anna Katrina Bautista (Miss Eco Tourism ),#12-Joyce Nocomura (Miss Water). #9- Jean Harn (Miss Earth ) ,#18- Krystle Ann Dizon (Miss Air) and #19-Sarah Katrina Minoza (Miss Fire).
