Biofuel Producers:

1. San Carlos Bioenergy - located in San Carlos, Negros Occidental. An Ethanol producer.
2. Leyte Agri Corp - Located in Ormoc, Leyte. An Ethanol producer.
3. Roxol Bioenergy Corp - Located in La Carlota City Negros Occidental. Roxas Holdings Inc Subsidiary. Ethanol Distillery next to Central Azucarera de La Carlota Inc. Joint venture with India firm, KBK Chem-Engineering Pvt. Ltd. 100,000 liter/day capacity. Input product is molasses. Estimated start date of operation late 2009 or early 2010.
4. E-Cane Fuel Corp - US company with a $150 M Ethanol Distillery located in Pampanga which will be operational by 2009 and have a 150M li/year capacity. Feedstock will be sourced from Tarlac and neighboring provinces.

Biogas Producers

1. Montalban Methane Power Corp. (MMPC) - 15 MW biogas powerplant in Montalban Rizal which gets its methane from the Rodriguez town sanitary landfill. It is a joint venture between Mining Czar Salvador Zamora II and Carbon Capital Markets, a london based carbon credit company which sells the carbon credits generated by the plant.

Hydro Power

1. Hedcor Inc - Subsidiary of Aboitiz Power Corp. Builds and operates hydro electric projects in the Philippines. Hedcor has 19 hydropower plants in its stable via full ownership or partnership that generates a total of 113 megawatts.
